\nFor children under 16 \u2013 one parent\/guardian (or one Oranga Tamariki guardian) must complete and submit the application form. For 16 & 17 year olds, one parent\/guardian (or one Oranga Tamariki guardian) and the child must complete and submit the application form.<\/span><\/p>

Investment Funds<\/strong>\nOnly one parent\/guardian needs to complete and submit the application form.
